Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the receptionist letting us store our bikes in a secure area. The first impression was good with a modern design, but some aspects need attention. The bathroom layout with no proper locking mechanism on the WC door felt awkward. Although the bed was comfortable and the room spacious, my experience was slightly marred by the lack of privacy in the bathroom. Noise from outside occasionally disrupted the tranquility, but the staff at the reception were helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, but I found the €20 price tag excessive for just a coffee and croissant. I enjoyed the hotel's style and comfort, but several minor issues could enhance the guest experience significantly.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast cost €12 extra but was well worth it. The location is really good as it was close to all shops, train station ,etc.I Would recommend it.

Very good beds.

The centre of Kortrijk on Friday nights is full of noisy drunks, which are of course outside the control of the hotel. Breakfast is an expensive extra though good value for money. A roll and coffee can be had at a bakery around the corner - if necessary.

The restaurant had plenty of FRESH meals for breakfast. Location: the hotel was close enough to the main square. It also was close to the train station.

Great place to stay for a trip to Kortrijk. Fairly clean and straightforward place with excellent and affable staff. Unbeatable location with parking nearby. Located in a fantastic area full of restaurants and bars.

The receptionist service

I didnt like the constant mistaken knocking on the door in the morning for house keeping.

The Large Double Room I had was spacious and really clean, with a simple but stylish bathroom. What I loved was the super comfy bed, made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Oh, and the helpful breakfast lady was a real gem, bringing smiles to the morning! But there was a bit of street noise from nearby bars that might bother light sleepers.

The staff were absolutely superb. Nothing was a problem. The central location near the square, close to the railway station was ideal.

The clean, spacious room combined with a awesome breakfast experience gave us wonderful memories. The location near vibrant bars and restaurants added excitement to our stay.

Nice people, nice location and mostly, they answered my request to have a room on the street side. Good wifi.

Very polite staff, nice breakfast, very confortable bed, perfect location.

The only disadvantage of the hotel, is a very narrow stairs and a the lift is tiny only for 2 people.
